
Sweet potatoe cooked and mashed for the base. Grilled zuchinis with oregano and white sesame seeds. Orange mini lentils boiled. Stir while cooking, rice using lentil's water, Masala and wild sesame seeds.
Pre boiled 'Acelgas' in place of pasta sheets, a good bechamel et.... voila! Quite a number of steps to get this result and you can improvise both ingredients and ways of assembling your ingredients but the pleasure for me was in the 'step dancing'. Results can be quite gratifying after you've given your best to get all of these ingredients ready at the same time to then sit, have your red wine, sprinkle grated cheese if you like and enjoy the delicate flavours of your efforts.
